We’re looking to add a talented Data Scientist to our Engineering team.  This position will play a crucial role in analyzing vast amounts of financial data to uncover trends, predict market movements, and provide actionable insights that will shape our strategic decisions. Your expertise in machine learning, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling will support the development of innovative products and solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis & Modeling: Apply advanced statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to analyze large datasets, identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Predictive Analytics: Develop and implement predictive models that forecast market trends and customer behavior, enhancing our ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Machine Learning Development: Design, build, and maintain scalable machine learning models that support our financial products and decision-making processes.
• Data-Driven Insights: Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex data findings into actionable business insights and recommendations.
• Product Development Support: Collaborate with product development teams to integrate data science findings into product features, optimizing performance and user experience.
• Data Governance and Quality: Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and security of data used for analysis, adhering to data governance and compliance standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members to share insights, discuss challenges, and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Other duties as needed;

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar position;
• Proven experience in data science, preferably within the financial services or fintech sector.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as  Python, R, SQL, and experience with data science toolkits (e.g., Pandas, SciPy, Scikit-learn).
• Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and understanding of deep learning architectures.
• Familiarity with cloud computing services (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark).
• Knowledge of financial markets, instruments, and data sources is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

We’re looking to add to another talented DevOps Engineer to our team and play a crucial role in the development of new features, debugging, fixing and continuous test findings.

Major Responsibilities

• Maintain and create CI/CD pipelines. 
• Manage multiple environments in production and non-production in AWS. 
• Maintain and implement a microservices architecture through service mesh via container orchestration based on Kubernetes. 
• Troubleshoot common build and deployment issues. 
• Improve and maintain IaC configuration using Terraform to easily provision the infrastructure. 
• Improve security and harden images for frontend and backend applications.
• Write and maintain lambda functions using python to automate some recurrent jobs. 
• Create alerts, notifications and monitor the usage and failure of resources using CloudWatch, Grafana, Prometheus, Loki. 
• Improve, monitor and maintain the backup and recovery techniques. 
• Work closely with security, compliance and architecture team to implement and maintain security recommendation and best practices following SOC2 and PCI. 

Skills & Abilities

• Proven experience with Kubernetes and Docker containers;
• Knowledge of Source Control Systems such as Github, GitLab and Bitbucket;
• Strong background utilzing CI/CD tools such as GitHub actions, Bitbucket pipeline and Jenkins; 
• Basic knowledge in programming: Python, C# and Javascript; 
• Knowledge of ticketing systems such as GitHub issues and Jira; 
• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer systems engineering, software engineering, or mathematics; related experience within the field will also be considered; 
• Working experience in a PCI and/or SOC2 compliant environment (nice to have);
• Working experience in the Fintech industry (nice to have);

We’re on the lookout for a talented Product Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in working closely with cross-functional teams and other stakeholders  within the organization to bring the Zūm Rails vision and strategy to life.

Major Responsibilities:

• Work closely with stakeholders to convert product vision and strategy into  detailed requirements for prototyping and development by engineering teams; 
• Build and own product roadmap that aligns with the company’s strategy, through  thoughtful discovery and prioritization; 
• Collaborate with engineering teams to coordinate smooth product development  and launch; 
• Demonstrate strong business acumen when developing business cases to  support feature development; 
• Understand the market and customers’ needs, and translate them into functional  requirements; 
• Dive into data, developing meaningful insights and business objectives; track  KPIs to measure product and its success; 
• Influence multiple stakeholders, senior management and cross-functional teams  for quicker decisions; 
• Proactively test products and its features early in the cycle, covering customer  use-cases and journeys; 
• Enable go-to-market success by directing resources, planning to ensure  readiness and delivery on execution; 

Skills and Abilities

• 2+ years of product management experience for enterprise products; 
• Experience in building and maintaining roadmaps; 
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills, as well as a  willingness to learn and strong work ethic;
• Technical knowledge or ability to pick up concepts rapidly; 
• Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Math or a related  field; 
• Experience with user experience design is highly desirable, but not required;
• Knowledge of agile/scrum development methodologies (nice to have);  
• Working experience in the Fintech industry (nice to have);
